The Bétonsalon team offers different visit options for school groups, extra-curricular groups, associations and groups in the social sector as well as for students in higher education.
Dialogue visit
The visitors’ team offers a guided visit of the ongoing exhibition. A guide suggests paths towards an understanding of the works on display while encouraging exchanges and debates with and within the group. This visit can lead to a time for experimenting and sharing related to the exhibition: writing workshop, collective reading and exploration of a text, etc.
→ School groups are welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30 am to 6 pm. Other groups are welcome from Wednesday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm.
If you would like to develop a group visit project related to an exhibition, please write to us at: publics@betonsalon.net

Workshop Visit
By combining the guided visit with time for artistic practice, the workshop visit is an opportunity to discover the ongoing exhibition differently. After looking at the works on display and discussing them, it is time to try creating shapes and applying the processes observed in the exhibition. For every exhibition we offer different workshop formats adapted to different age groups.

Visit with Bétonpapier
This educational tool, mainly intended for 6-11 year-olds, is a riso print poster. It allows children to better appropriate the exhibition by paying attention to details, moving about in the space and expressing themselves through drawing and games.
The visit in small groups is punctuated by games and questions directly related to the exhibition. This visit format is based mainly on autonomy and cooperation.
Illustrator Pia-Melissa Laroche created the first three versions of Bétonpapier, with the support of graphic design studio Catalogue Général. The prints can be viewed here.

Sensorial visit
Offering an opportunity to discover the space and the works through sensory perceptions, this format is adapted to each exhibition and specifically to the artistic proposals. A box of materials, a repertoire of sounds, a box of smells and even a farandole of tastes are used throughout the visit to explore the exhibition through your body and your own sensations.
Proposed by mediator Camille Bouron, the sensory tour was developed in close contact with the team at the Adam Shelton Institut Médico-Éducatif (93200) and in dialogue with the artist Mathilde Cameirao.

Personalized visits
Bétonsalon creates guided visit formats that are as appropriate as possible for its audiences. We offer personalized group visits for those who would like to co-create a short or long term project, based on exchange and creation, around our exhibitions.
